New year: New you?

After a week being closed, we are back in Southampton offering our Injury clinic & Sports Massage!

We look forward to a busy January where we have already seen the post NYE injuries and bad posture after lounging on that sofa watching Netflix! This week, there is minimal availability remaining in Southampton, Whitely and Fareham so make-sure to book fast.

What is new to 2023?

This year I will be continuing my two existing clinics (SO15 & PO15), however... there is two new changes. I will be working out of Crossfit-Fareham every Tuesday and Body-Complex in Andover every Thursday. You can look forward to new treatment techniques also, such as Hot-Stones and Acupuncture (Coming soon).
